Ms. Sienna Huang joined our firm since 2009, who focuses her practice on intellectual property laws (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, etc.), including counseling, licensing, negotiation and litigation, and related transactions. Sienna is also familiar with common civil and commercial litigation and experienced in reviewing and negotiating various kinds of contracts, including but not limited to IP-related contracts, civil and commercial contracts, clinical trial agreements and government procurement and public construction agreements. Sienna has represented many famous domestic and foreign enterprises in patent infringement cases and civil and commercial lawsuits and has several short-term secondments to large domestic and foreign corporate clients, including technology, automobile, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, etc., to assist clients in handling corporate legal cases in depth. Sienna has extensive experience in handling corporate legal affairs and is deeply trusted by our clients.
