Ms. Lo is a senior patent attorney in the firm’s Hsinchu office with backgrounds in Intellectual Property Law and IC Design. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Computer-aided Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is a registered Australian Trademark Attorney. Prior to joining Lee and Li, Ms. Lo worked at ASAT Limited and specialized in substrate and PCB design. Ms. Lo also spent over five years at Deacons, where she focused her practice on patent prosecution and drafting of patent specifications.
Ms. Lo’s practice areas include patent specification drafting, advising clients on patent strategies and patent applications in multiple jurisdictions. Ms. Lo has provided patent specification drafting and prosecution for a range of multinational clients such as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. and Nanya Technology Corporation.
Ms. Lo has professional expertise in preparing design applications, drafting of design specifications, responding to office actions, preparing engineering drawings for filing design applications, and prosecuting design applications in various jurisdictions. Ms. Lo also has experience in patent invalidation and patent litigation, and has represented hi-tech companies such as STAr Technologies and Niantic.
