Lee and Li Assist CTi News to Win Lawsuit against NCC

The Taipei High Administrative Court has ruled in favor of Chung Tien Television (CTiTV) in a lawsuit against the National Communications Commission (NCC) for rejecting its application to renew its satellite broadcasting license in 2020. CTiTV filed the lawsuit after the NCC's decision, and after two years of deliberation, the court issued its verdict on May 10, 2023, overturning the NCC's decision and granting victory to CTiTV.
