Lee and Li Assist SHINFOX ENERGY in NT$6.72 Billion Syndicated Loan for Offshore Wind Farm

FOXWELL ENERGY, subsidiary of SHINFOX ENERGY, has been awarded the contract for "Taiwan Power Company Offshore Wind Farm Project Phase 2". The first financing for this project – a NT$6.72 billion syndicated loan for property procurement and installation has been officially signed with the lending banks. This project marks a significant milestone in the domestication of Taiwan's offshore wind power, with the first national team to undertake such a project and the first large offshore wind power syndicated loan provided to a turnkey contractor.
