Charles Pin-Chia Chiu is a member of Lee and Li’s Dispute Resolution department, where he focuses on resolving various disputes regarding constitutional law and administrative regulation. He not only represents clients in administrative appeal and administrative litigation cases, but also offers pre-litigation assessments, helping clients from preventing disputes to resolving them.
Charles Chiu often handles administrative litigations, such as antitrust, public procurement, and environmental impact assessment cases. He also handles disputes associated with regulated industries, including offshore wind power plant, thermal power plant (coal-fired and gas-fired), and television channels.
Charles Chiu graduated from National Chengchi University and earned his Master of Law degrees from both National Chengchi University and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He majored in constitutional theory at NCCU and went on to study U.S. and EU competition law at Penn Carey Law. He also passed the New York State bar examination held on July 2025.
