In providing local and international clients with services in her main practice areas, Regina has handled several significant cases including, among others, an overseas joint venture between two leading manufacturers in the door lock industry, a joint venture in Canada and China between a Canadian company and a Chinese state-owned company, a joint venture in Taiwan between a Singapore marine group and Taiwan financial group for the offshore windfarm project, an anti-dumping investigation by the Canadian government, and an asset and business acquisition between two supermarkets in Taiwan. With her years of experience in advising on various forms of foreign investments, corporate compliance and governance, and in negotiating commercial contracts, Regina has succeeded in resolving various local and cross-border disputes over complex commercial issues and distribution of the estate.
