Ethan Huang graduated from Law Department, Tunghai University in 2000. During his university years, he went to Okinawa International University for exchange study, and obtained a degree of Master in the Graduate School of Law from Kyoto University in 2005. After returning from studying abroad, he worked in financial, accounting, technology-related sectors and research institutions. Thus, he has rich experience in handling cases related to financial regulations, compliance, intellectual property, Japanese investments in Taiwan and labor disputes. He is also proficient in handling intellectual property laws and related cases, including trademark prosecution and trademark rights protection, trademark registration feasibility, trademark dispute cases, trademark infringement cases, administrative remedies for trademark cases, contract drafting, reviewing and providing legal advice, etc.
