Ray is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. His practice area focuses on corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, tax, energy law, competition and antitrust law, and personal data and privacy protection law.
Ray often counsels multinational clients on general corporate and regulatory compliance matters, drafts and reviews commercial contracts and assists clients in planning and executing transactions and conducting legal due diligence. He also has experience in handling cross-border anti-trust filing and anti-competition investigation. In addition, he has been continuously advising on personal data and privacy protection issues.
