Orlanda is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. Her practice area focuses on corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, personal data and privacy protection and labor law.
Orlanda counsels multinational clients on general corporate and regulatory compliance matters, drafts and reviews commercial contracts and assists clients in planning and executing transactions and conducting legal due diligence. She also has experience in handling cross-border anti-trust filing and anti-competition investigation. In addition, she has been continuously advising on labor relations issues.
