Henry graduated from National Taiwan University and National Chiao Tung University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a LL.M. degree, respectively, having cross-domain background knowledge in EE and law. Henry joined the patent department of Lee and Li in 2020, where he handled worldwide patent drafting, prosecution, and licensing as well as the related tax matters. Cases handled include computer software, semiconductors, electronic circuits, mobile communication, consumer electronics, etc. After passing the bar examination in 2023, Henry joined to the litigation department of Lee and Li, where he mainly handled worldwide patent litigation, land joint development disputes, administrative and civil disputes in connection with major food safety incidents, and revisions to the information security protection guidelines of a large local company. He has also assisted in advising a multinational company on their entry into the domestic market.
