Shih-Yang Lee obtained his B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, National Chung Cheng University. He served at National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology from 2004 to 2008. He went to Japan and served at UTJ Corporation in 2008. After that, he entered WENPING International Patent & Trademark Office in 2010 and then entered Lee and Li in 2013. His major practice areas are patent prosecution, patent drafting, patent search and analysis associated with chemistry and materials.
