Mr. Ming-Lang Tsai is mainly responsible for patent drafting, patent search, patent opposition, patent validity analysis and patent infringement assessment. He also has many litigation experiences in patent infringement cases. Ming-Lang has served as an associate researcher at the Material Research Laboratory of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), engaged in the research of optoelectronic components and development of semiconductor packaging process. He also worked as an engineer in the Electronics Research & Service Organization of ITRI, engaged in the development of optical communication modules. Doctoral research also specializes in solar cells. Therefore, in addition to being good at patent cases in the fields of machinery and optoelectronics, he can also handle patent cases in the fields of semiconductors, communications and energy.
