Andy Hsieh joined Lee and Li in 2016. Andy specializes in patent prosecution, drafting, invalidation, and administrative relief, as well as infringement assessment and litigation in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechanism, mechatronics, materials engineering, control, and optics. In addition, Andy has considerable experience working with design patents and is a member of Design Practice Committee, Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association. Andy obtained his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Master's in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Andy also studied at the University of Oklahoma as an exchange student during his graduate studies.
