Ms. Emily Lin obtained her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Dept. of Chemical and Materials Engineering, National Central University in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Emily started work in the patent profession in 2005. After obtaining another M.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering, Imperial College London, she joined Lee and Li in 2012 and passed the Taiwan patent bar exam in 2016. Emily is well experienced in patent prosecution, patent drafting, patent searches, rendering opinions on validity, infringement and freedom to operate, handling invalidation/cancellation cases, and supporting patent infringement and suit proceedings.
