Ms. Joyce N. Chang serves in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group after graduating from National Taiwan University and being admitted to the bar. Her practice mainly focuses on international civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has assisted well-known local companies and multinational companies in handling civil disputes, and she also possesses experience in government procurement and patent infringement cases.
Ms. Chang has worked on a transnational dispute over US$2.2 billion worth of family estates, a transnational dispute between an insurance company and an investment bank over US$200 million worth of assets, a power purchase contract dispute between an independent power producer and Taiwan Power Company, a dispute on product distribution between a multinational electronics company and its retailer, and a dispute on patent infringement of a well-known U.S. semiconductor company.
