Ching-hua is an experienced advisor on IPO transactions, having participated in Haidilao's Hong Kong IPO, ChipMOS Bermuda's US IPO, and Cayman company Crown Bioscience's Taiwan IPO. Recent milestone transactions that she has represented clients include reverse triangular merger between Pegatron and Casetek, privatization of TCC International Holdings, and ChipMOS' merger with offshore company with ADRs as merger consideration.
