Philip assists domestic clients in implementing their worldwide patent strategies and international clients in obtaining and enforcing patent rights in Taiwan. Starting his IP career at Lee and Li, he later worked for a top-tier IP litigation boutique in Europe, where he was actively involved in litigating patents before the Dutch court, coordinating worldwide patent litigation campaign, and prosecuting worldwide patent applications for European clients.
Philip worked in the wireless industry before becoming a patent practitioner. With in-depth industry knowledge, legal acumen and international experiences, he can tackle intricate IP issues arising from the client's technical, commercial and legal challenges.
