Before joining Lee and Li, Mr. Tsai had served as a public prosecutor for 10 years. Mr. Tsai specializes in the investigation and litigation of white-collar crimes such as insider trading, breach of trust and corruption. Mr. Tsai is also familiar with corporate governance and securities regulation, in which field he holds a S.J.D. degree from University of Michigan.
