Christina regularly assists PE funds and international and domestic clients with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including KKR's acquisition of LCY Group (IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2020 - PE Deal of the Year), Toshiba Memory's (Kioxia) acquisition of Lite-on's SSD business (2020 MAPECT M&A Awards - Deal of the Year), MBK's disposal of CNS Group, Taiwan Optical Platform's acquisition of HYA Cable and TY Cable, privatization of TWi Pharmaceuticals and JCET's acquisition of Stats ChipPAC.
Christina also represents various prominent venture capital firms including Alibaba Group and WI Harper Group to invest in startups, ranging from digital health, sustainable technology, intelligent agriculture, e-commerce, blockchain, AR, AI businesses. Christina also advises clients on complex real estate and BOT transactions, including deal structure, due diligence and contract negotiation, and competition law, including anti-trust analysis.
