Tina Hsu specializes in litigation. Tina has worked on several civil dispute resolution cases in the Taiwan judicial system and the international arbitration system. She has experience with a variety of civil disputes, including litigation, arbitration and mediation cases arising from breach of contract or tort between multinational enterprises.
She has also assisted foreign clients with enforcement in preliminary injunction relief and related appellate cases, consumer protection cases between the food industry and consumers, inheritance and family law cases, and labor dispute resolution cases.
Tina has worked on administrative dispute resolution cases, including disputes over the Mining Act, the Indigenous Peoples Basic Law, the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, and anti-dumping duties, to challenge administrative regulations, policies, and administrative decisions of government agencies. She also has experience filing petitions for constitutional interpretation.
