T. C. now focuses on the disputes related to intellectual property, labor issues and medical and pharmaceutical matters, including patent, trademark and copyright and infringement, trade secret protection, drafting of employment contracts/work rules, termination of employment contracts (including resignation, dismissal, lay-off, mass redundancy and transfer of employment), union issues, ethical rules of pharmaceutical companies, clinical trials, NHI reimbursement price issues and medical disputes. T. C. provides consultancy services to advertisement agencies on Copyright Act, Fair Trade Act and Personal Data Protection Act on a long-term basis. What is unique about T. C. is that he can fully understand the client's need and structure the strategy from their perspective. Therefore, he has earned the clients' trust over the years. Known for his good oral and literal communication skills, he frequently speaks at seminars and writes articles to share his legal knowledge and experience.
