Maggie Huang is an associate partner in the Banking and Capital Markets Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law.
Maggie's main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital markets, corporate investment, and banking. She is experienced in acquisition financing such as Micron's acquisition of Inotera Memories, Inc., and Advantage Partners' acquisition of Shih An Farm, and represents several prospective investors in offshore wind farm projects, including Mitsui's investment in Hai Long offshore wind farm project. She has assisted in the prospective investor's purchase of the shares of Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan Inc., the tender offer by Macnica, Inc. for the shares of Anstek, share swap between Midas Investment and Microlife, acquisition of AMK Microfinance Institution by The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, reverse triangular merger between CrownBio and JSR, Enterex' acquisition of AVA Group, Bank SinoPac's sale of its US banking subsidiary, private placement of certain listed companies such as TPK and ALEEES, Toyota's joint venture with Tailift group, the acquisition of Cosmos Bank by China Development Financial Holding Corp., and the business transfer by China Development Industrial Bank to KGI Bank.
Maggie also advised several foreign companies for their IPOs in Taiwan and Hong Kong. She also assisted in the ADSs offering and GDRs offerings.
