曾更莹律师专精并购、个人信息保护、电子商务、互联网法律、电信以及科技法律。曾律师对于各类并购案件之处理具有丰富经验，在科技法律的领域，曾律师亦处理人工智能、金融科技、OTT、电子支付、P2P借贷、共享经济、域名、电子签章、网络安全、网络下单、ICP、MOD、有线电视、卫星电视等。曾律师亦常为客户提供公司治理、法律遵循、海内外上市、劳动法令、医药卫生法令等咨询服务。

曾律师于2012年成立个人信息保护专业分工小组，持续领导该分工小组至今，亦曾领导本所并购专业分工小组超过十年。

曾律师现任国家发展委员会个人资料保护法咨询顾问、国家信息基本建设产业发展协进会董事，台湾网络信息中心国际关系委员会委员、台北市消费者电子商务协会(SOSA)理事、台湾网络与电子商务产业发展协会(TiEA)监事。
