郭律師專精於併購、不動產/營建、公司投資及電子商務等領域，向以提供客戶專業且有效率之法律服務為己任。

郭律師長期協助國內外客戶進行複雜之不動產及併購案件，深獲客戶信賴。同時具備不動產及併購等跨領域專長，舉凡不動產買賣、租賃、開發及融資，抑或專案公司股權買賣、投資、併購及合資安排，以及公司組織重組、對外投資，均相當嫻熟，除前期法律查核及交易架構規劃外，亦擅長草擬及協商合約、協助各項申請及交割等，能提供靈活的解決方案。

郭律師服務客戶包括各產業公司、私募基金、投資人、業主及開發商，物件類型涵蓋辦公室、商用不動產（包括旗艦店）、廠房、資料中心、物流中心、旅館及住宅等，瞭解產業脈動。近期協助客戶之指標性案例包括：聯邦快遞承租遠雄自由貿易港區案、韓商酷澎在台建置及擴建倉儲、新光鋼物流中心出租、科技龍頭及私募基金來台購置資料中心案、日立公開收購永大機電並進行股份轉換、博報堂公開收購格威傳媒並進行股份轉換、輝瑞出售健康保健事業（含廠房）予葛蘭素史克、INNOViON來台設立半導體離子植入廠、GIC出售台茂購物中心、勤美集團與IHG合作引進洲際酒店、Oriente收購FunCity業務、麥當勞變更在台經營模式為授權發展商及首峰基金買受及出售慶城福華大樓等。

除不動產及併購案件外，郭律師亦協助董事會、股東會及公司治理、法規遵循等公司日常營運事宜。而伴隨電子商務、電子支付、金融科技及AI之發展，郭律師亦持續協助各該領域之國內外客戶在台拓展營業，及規劃合規之營運模式。

郭律師於2026年Chambers and Partners不動產及專案（Real Estate & Projects）領域獲列名推薦，並獲Asia Business Law Journal評選為Taiwan's Top 100 Lawyers之一。
