Melody Liu is an attorney in the Banking and Capital Market Department of Lee and Li. Her practice focuses on banking, capital market, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance as well as providing guidance to financial institutions.

In addition to providing general legal advice on corporate and banking regulatory compliance, Melody has also participated in legal due diligence for several M&A transactions and assisted foreign financial institutions with the offering and listing of non-NTD-denominated International Bonds/Formosa Bonds in Taiwan.
