Anna Chang graduated from the Department of Law, National Taiwan University, specializing in Financial and Economic Law. She subsequently pursued her master’s degrees at the Institute of Technology Law, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and at the Graduate Institute of Law (International Law Division), National Taiwan University.
Anna Chang used to be a judge for more than fifteen years, during which she presided over criminal, administrative, civil, and family courts. She also has extensive practical experience handling specialized criminal intellectual property cases, sexual assault cases, as well as civil cases in medical malpractice and construction litigation. She managed numerous high-profile civil, criminal, and compulsory enforcement cases.
After joining Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law in 2024, Anna Chang has handled numerous high-profile civil litigation cases, energy plant litigation, and acted as defense counsel in many criminal cases. She also provides legal consulting and advisory services to numerous corporations, representing clients in both civil and criminal actions against fraudulent employees and unfair business competitors, successfully safeguarding clients’ rights. Additionally, she assists high-net-worth individuals with the arrangement of prenuptial agreements, wills, and other family contracts, and handles inheritance disputes.
