David Chang received a master’s degree in laws and a master’s degree in civil construction management from National Chiao Tung University. Since 2015, David has been an attorney at Lee & Li, Attorneys-at-Law. With his dual expertise in civil engineering and law, he accumulated deep expereice in engineering mediation, litigation, and arbitration cases related to public works, and represented several major Taiwanese engineering companies in milestone public-works cases.
