Sandy is a junior associate at Lee and Li and a member of the firm's Corporate and Investment Department, where she specializes in corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, energy law, environmental law, and real estate transactions.
Sandy offers general legal assistance, conducts legal due diligence, and develops and evaluates pertinent contracts for clients looking to engage in general investment cases as well as the construction and transactions of renewable energy power plants in Taiwan.
Sandy has also actively participated in labor law matters, providing legal consultations to both domestic and international businesses on labor regulations by assisting companies in reviewing and drafting Work Rules, Employee Handbooks, Guidelines for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place, and various contracts. Additionally, Sandy supports Clients develop personnel or employment policies, including matters related to contract termination, employee benefits, mass layoffs, and union negotiations.
Sandy has also represented both domestic and international companies in civil contract disputes and labor disputes.
Sandy holds a certification as a Corporate Sustainability Manager from 2023 and is also well-versed in both domestic and international ESG legislation and standards.
