Joy Chiu is an attorney in the Corporate and Investment Department at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. She holds master's degrees in public law from National Taiwan University and in environmental and energy law from Georgetown School of Law.
As an active member of the firm’s Energy practice group, Joy advises domestic and international developers and investors on renewable energy transactions including offshore wind and solar projects. She also counsels multinational clients on general corporate and regulatory compliance matters, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, and conducts legal due diligence.
In addition, Joy brings more than four years of litigation experience representing clients in environmental disputes, including soil, groundwater, and ocean pollution, as well as in a range of civil and administrative matters.
