Bernard has participated in various restructuring cases for multination conglomerate, and has assisted Taiwan clients with numerous foreign investments matters, including share and asset purchase, joint ventures, and de-SPAC mergers. Bernard is well-versed in legal matters related to merger and acquisition, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, as well as assisting clients in planning, executing transactions, and conducting legal due diligence.
In addition, Bernard has supported multiple digital and e-commerce businesses in achieving legal compliance concerning advertising, media, and telecommunication and privacy issues. Bernard has also assisted clients in the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial real estates and provided legal advices related thereto.
