Judy joined Lee and Li in 2015. Her practice focuses on corporate investment, competition law, M&A, and capital market cases.

She serves clients for their investments and operation in Taiwan, including applying relevant approvals, establishing presences in Taiwan, designing investment structure, drafting/reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and providing day-to-day legal advisory services. She assists domestic and foreign clients with regulatory compliance matters, government investigations and communications, consumer disputes, and product liability claims, especially those in e-commerce, high-tech, manufacturing and retail industries.

Judy also specializes in startup fundraising projects, joint ventures and M&A transactions. Recently, Judy has assisted a leading company in the e-payment sector with a cross-border M&A project regarding BNPL business; she has been working with a key player in the energy sector with regard to their offshore windfarm business in Taiwan, including restructuring and divestment projects.

She represents clients in antitrust investigations and merger filings, and advise them on competition-related matters as well. Judy is experienced in handling applications/filings for PRC investments, and has assisted clients in public offering projects at Taiwan’s securities exchange and over-the-counter market as well as overseas IPO applications.
