謝宜芬資深顧問專長於企業併購、股權移轉、跨國投資、競爭法及證券投資等相關議題。憑藉著在併購案件的豐富經驗，謝宜芬資深顧問曾參與多起外資公開收購及私有化國內上市公司的案件，包括Fairchild收購崇貿、Synopsys收購思源科技、Vishay收購凌耀科技、ASML收購漢微科、JSR收購中美冠科、KKR收購李長榮及日立收購永大機電案件，及國內大型併購案件包括中華開發收購凱基證券、凱基證券合併大華證券、新光金控收購元富證券等，專精於交易架構之設計、交易執行及上市櫃公司處理併購案之法遵議題等。除私有化上市櫃公司外，謝宜芬資深顧問亦嫻熟於私募基金投資台灣公司之案件，參與凱雷集團出售台灣寬頻、收購東森媒體科技、出售凱擘及出售東森電視之案件，對於於併購案件之架構設計、執行程序及法律議題有豐富經驗。謝宜芬資深顧問亦處理無數併購案於國內之結合申報案，對於結合申報有豐富經驗，亦協助許多客戶處理聯合行為及不公平競爭之調查案，且參與許多國內外知名競爭法刊物之編撰，其於競爭法領域之專業並自2013年起獲Who's Who Legal - The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers (The International Who's Who of Competition Lawyers & Economics)肯認為全球知名競爭法律師之列。
